Guernsey artist

Bridgette Pallot is a retired primary school teacher who, for many years was the art co-ordinator in her school. She used her love of art to inspire the children to try a variety of different media and styles.

While drawing is her first love, Bridgette uses watercolour to capture island scenes of her home island of Guernsey. She also uses watercolour pencils to draw and paint birds, frogs and floral.

‘I do my art as a relaxation hobby for myself. I hope other people will enjoy the pictures I create and take pleasure in looking at them.’
